These Terms of Service govern your use of CommitDo, operated by Bridgecraft Co. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Acceptance of terms
- —By creating an account or using CommitDo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- —You must be at least 16 years old to use CommitDo.
Your account
- —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- —You must provide accurate information when signing up. Impersonation or false registration is prohibited.
- —You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
Acceptable use
- —Use CommitDo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
- —Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
- —Do not upload illegal content, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.
- —We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
- —Free plan: Available to all users with no time limit and no credit card required.
- —Pro plan: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
- —Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund window for new Pro subscriptions. Contact hello@bridgecraft.co to request a refund.
- —Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Your data
- —You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the content you create inside CommitDo.
- —You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- —We may delete inactive free accounts after 12 months of inactivity with 30 days notice.
Service availability
- —We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
- —We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
- —CommitDo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- —Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
- —These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable courts.
Changes to terms
- —We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
